Meeting the ambassador Connie Morella

Recently, our members Krenar Quoku and Marija Matovska had the honor of meeting the ambassador Connie Morella at the American Corner in Skopje, Macedonia. She is the first US Ambassador to the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) who has served in the US Congress and discussed about different issues such as her carrier, the importance of knowing foreign languages, the importance of women empowerment, equality of women & men and the significance of the personal and professional development of every young person. One of the best Ambassador’s advice for the young people who are willing to become leaders was- “Get to know the people, listen to them, learn from them and lead them.”
