Youth Council of the U.S. Embassy in North Macedonia The Youth Council empowers young people in Macedonia by providing a platform for ideas, projects and more. It also has an advisory role to the US Embassy. Building on the inspiring success of the “Humans of New York”, the “Youth of Macedonia” storytelling project will offer a glimpse into the daily lives of young people living in Macedonia. Through a vibrant blog displaying the stories and portraits of youth from every part of the country, “Youth of Macedonia” will voice the accomplishments, struggles, plans for the future, or simply things that define young people in Macedonia and their role in society. We invite you to follow the brief insights into the lives of our unnamed protagonists. In the meantime, look out for a YCUSMAC member with a camera and interest in your story.
