Macedonian mentoring network

Youth Council representatives, Marija Matovska, Ruzica Stojanovska, Angela Velkova and Elena Zafirovska attended the First Macedonian Mentoring Network Breakfast at Porta “Macedonia” to personally meet dedicated mentors i.e. established and experienced businesswomen, NGO leaders, journalists, Ministries’ representatives, professors etc. Envisioned to create a link between young professionals and the business sector at mentor level as a continuation of informal education, the Macedonian Mentoring Network will pair up youth with business leaders in fruitful mentor-mentee relationships where through face-to-face consulting sessions the mentees would become better equipped with skills and knowledge to offer their services on the labor market. Although the main objective is to empower, support, and encourage women to reach their full potential and pave the way to prosperous careers, all Macedonian citizens (of age 18 or above) regardless of their gender, or political, ethnic, and religious affiliations can participate in the mentorship process and benefit from personal contacts and advice from mentors with similar interests and areas of expertise. Should you need additional information about the Macedonian Mentoring Network and ways on how to get involved do not hesitate to contact the MMN on info@mentoringmacedonia.org or the Youth Council on ycusmac@gmail.com
